Freezer Alarm Going Off Overnight
Check these before you call anyone

Walk the whole cabinet before touching the panel. The alarm watches the fresh food doors and drawers as well as the frozen ones, so what is open may not be the compartment you assume.

Draw each drawer fully out and close it again. A drawer sitting a fraction proud can hold a door off its frame, and the cabinet never registers that door as shut.

Hunt for the thing in the way. A carton standing over the lip of a bin, or a bottle nudged to the shelf edge, is the classic overnight offender.

Check the gasket where it meets the frame. A seal gone hard can hold a door a hair off its frame, which is enough for the cabinet to go on reporting it open.

What the cabinet is actually reporting
This warning is about position, not temperature. A switch tells the control whether each door and drawer is closed; leave one standing open and the cabinet says so. On most cabinets that warning can also be silenced or switched off at the control panel, so a quiet night is no proof that everything shut properly.
An open compartment warms, so the two travel together. The alarm is simply the earlier signal, and the cheaper one to act on.
Three things it turns out to be
Something in the way is commonest: a package, a bin lid, a drawer that never travelled home. A hardened seal is second — the door looks closed, rests closed, and still sits a fraction off its frame. Third and rarest, the reporting itself is wrong, and a switch or the control reading it has failed.
The alarm has a use, too. Where a compartment drifts warm for no obvious reason, leaving the warning armed is a plain way to learn whether the door really closes.

Can the alarm be switched off overnight?
Look at the control panel: on most cabinets the warning can be silenced or switched off from there. Doing it is the wrong instinct, though. That sound is the only thing telling you a seal or a drawer is not closing properly, and the food pays for the silence.
